TKF has been awarded a contract by Van Oord for the supply of 140 km 66 kV inter-array cables for offshore wind farm Hollandse Kust Noord (HKN), located in the North Sea.

The contracted scope for TKF in HKN includes the manufacturing and delivery of 140 km 66 kV aluminium core cables and accessories. The offshore wind farm HKN is located approximately 18 kilometres from the Dutch coast, nearby Egmond aan Zee.

The commissioning is scheduled for 2023. When completed, the wind farm has an installed capacity of 759 MW.
