New loose tube line delivers on all fronts

Equipped with numerous features aimed at enhancing quality and productivity while reducing scrap at the same time, the latest generation loose tube line marks a significant advancement in fibre optical cable manufacturing. Noteworthy for its compact design, the line achieves speeds of up to 1,200 m/min. Visitors can experience firsthand the improved performance of an enhanced fibre cutter, optimised jelly-filling, a cable drying system for high speeds, and more.

Exceptional quality and unrivalled speed for LAN cable production

The second line that has been installed is a high-speed insulation line for category 8 LAN cables. The core of the line features a robust extruder group of four with high-precision gas dosing. Notable highlights include the cooling section and the automatic take-up station, specifically engineered to handle speeds of up to 2,500 m/min.
