Madem-Moorecraft has just completed the installation of a new, fully automatic production line for nailed wooden reels. This new line utilizes the latest technology for automated CNC machines and our proprietary ink jet printing system.
The new investment will increase the annual sales capacity for the company to $35 million dollars. Additionally, Madem-Moorecraft will potentially serve more than 25 cable manufacturers in the North American market.
According to Steve Redhage, VP Sales: “We are striving to produce the highest quality product with impressive consistency. These new machines will support our sales growth and planned expansion of assembly and distribution centers throughout North America.“
Leandro Mazzoccato, Global Sales Director of Madem Reels Group, added: “The new USA investment reaffirms Madem Group’s intention to increase its market share. We also plan to open five more distribution and assembly centers within the USA, during 2020. For 2021, we are starting studies for a second production plant in the USA.”
The Madem Reels Group with manufacturing plants in Brazil, Mexico , Colombia , USA, Spain and Bahrain will reach in 2020 US$ 130 million dollars turnover just in nailed wooden reels supplying 150 cable manufactures in 45 countries.
