L-com Global Connectivity, a preferred manufacturer of wired and wireless connectivity products, has announced that it now offers two series of Brad® cable assemblies: the Ultra-Lock® M12 and Nano-Change® M8.

Brad® Ultra-Lock® M12 cable assemblies provide a fast, simple and secure operator-independent connection. They feature Ultra-Lock® connectors with a unique radial seal and mechanical-locking design that locks with a quick push-pull motion to guarantee a secure seal every time. These M12 cable assemblies are designed to eliminate connector-related intermittent signals in the harshest environments, which can mean less downtime and increased productivity. When the cables are mated, an IP69K rating provides protection against liquids and particulates even in wash-down or submerged applications. These rugged cable assemblies feature cost-effective PVC jackets, 22AWG conductors as well as 4-position and 5-position A-coded connector options.
Brad® Nano-Change® M8 cable assemblies are designed to be rugged and compact, making them ideal for use with miniature sensors and actuators used in industrial control applications. They are built with IEC-compliant M8 Nano-Change® connectors that are designed to withstand harsh industrial environments and utilize an anti-vibration feature to prevent loosening in high-vibration applications. When the cables are mated, an IP68 rating provides protection from liquids and fine particulates. These M8 cable assemblies feature cost-effective PVC jackets and a dynamic -20°C to +105°C operating temperature range. They are available with both 3-pole and 4-pole connector options.
