Cimteq, the leading software provider to the wire and cable industry, will be reaching out in the coming weeks with a customer satisfaction survey to all their customers in 44 countries worldwide.
Scott Barnsley, Sales and Marketing Director at Cimteq, said: “The satisfaction of our valued customers is paramount, and this exercise will ensure they are at the heart of all future product and service developments. In addition, direct feedback helps us identify areas where improvements can be made and see where we are getting things right.”
The Survey will consist of an online form that will take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.
Scott continues: “Understanding our customers’ pain points is extremely important as it equips us with the knowledge we need to help alleviate these as quickly and efficiently as possible; therefore, we encourage everyone who receives a survey to take part. That way, they will know that their voices are being heard and acted upon.”
