Madem Brazil completes customer satisfaction survey 2017, receives high marks 93.46%

In the first quarter of 2018 Madem Brazil conducted a customer satisfaction survey with 110 Wire & Cable manufacturing customers in 15 countries.

Madem received 63 (57%) responses from customers polled in three categories: bad, good and very good. 93.46% of responses falling into good and very good categories.

Madem polled the following services: claim response, quantities shipped X received, documentation, deliveries, quality inspections, performance, and packing.

“We are again pleased with the results of the survey, and will continue to work towards 100% customer satisfaction for all our global customers”, said Leandro Mazzoccato, Global Director of Sales and Marketing.

The next customer satisfaction survey will be conducted in Jan 2019.
